Orders will be dispatched using a reputable carrier. Upon dispatch a tracking number for your order will be sent to you by e mail to enable you to track your order on the carriers website. A signature may be required with this service.

We aim to deliver all express orders placed before 12.00 noon Monday to Friday within 2 working days subject to stock levels. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following working day.

Orders received on Thursday before 12.00 noon will aim to be delivered by Monday, orders placed after this time will be processed on Friday for delivery by Tuesday.

Orders received on Friday before 12.00 noon will aim to be delivered by the following Tuesday. Orders placed after this time will be processed on Monday for delivery by Wednesday.

Option 3 - Next Working Day Delivery - £9.95

We aim to deliver all next day orders placed before 1.00pm Monday to Thursday on the next working day subject to stock levels. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following working day.

Orders received on Friday before 1.00pm will aim to be delivered on the following Monday. Orders placed after this time will be processed on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

Next Working Day UK Orders are shipped by courier. Upon dispatch a tracking number for your order will be sent to you by e-mail to enable you to track your order on the carriers website. A signature is required upon delivery of your order.

LATE DELIVERY/DAMAGED GOODS

Whilst Balloons 4 Celebrations makes every effort to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, we regret that we cannot be held responsible for late delivery of goods.

Every effort will be made to package your order professionally, However should your order arrive damaged, Balloons 4 Celebrations will wherever possible dispatch replacement stock or offer a refund of equal value to the goods in question. Balloons 4 Celebrations reserves the right to have the damaged goods returned before a refund is offered.

The item(s) must be without damage or use and in a suitable condition for resale. All original packaging should accompany any returned item(s). Balloons 4 Celebrations cannot accept returns for exchange or refund if such items have been opened or used. All items will be inspected on their return to our warehouse.
